Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, financial performance, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and service, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining a strong brand image.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with guests and build a loyal customer base.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant, preferably with a focus on Japanese cuisine.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of food and beverage service standards.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
