About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the audit team, overseeing the preparation of financial statements, managing tax filings, and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements. The CFO will also be tasked with resolving workflow challenges, supporting cross-departmental financial analysis, and preparing comprehensive P&L statements. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry, and a proven track record of success in a corporate environment. A profound understanding of GAAP and exceptional communication skills are essential, with a CPA being a plus. The ideal Chief Financial Officer for the company will have a strong background in financial management within the restaurant industry and be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
