Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Disc Jockey to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing music and entertainment at various events, creating an engaging atmosphere for guests.
Duties:
- Select and play music appropriate for the event and audience
- Interact with guests to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere
- Announce songs, make announcements, and engage in public speaking
- Set up and operate sound equipment
- Coordinate with event organizers to understand the theme and requirements
- Ensure smooth transitions between songs and maintain the flow of the event
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service to cater to guests' music preferences
- Proficiency in various music genres including dance, pop, rock, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests effectively
- Comfortable with public speaking and making announcements
- Knowledge of how to market services to attract new clients
- Capable of heavy lifting for equipment setup and breakdown
