Job Description: We are seeking a Commercial Drywall Finisher with experience using stilts to join our team. As a drywall finisher, you will be responsible for delivering the final touches on drywall installations, ensuring a smooth, professional finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drywall finishing in commercial settings, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to safely and effectively use stilts for reaching high work areas. Responsibilities: Apply joint compound to drywall seams and smooth surfaces to prepare for painting. Tape, mud, and sand drywall to achieve a seamless finish. Patch, repair, and smooth damaged drywall. Work with a variety of drywall finishes, including level 5 and custom textures. Safely use stilts to reach higher areas for finishing tasks. Collaborate with other construction team members to meet project deadlines. Ensure that all work meets safety, quality, and project specifications. Maintain a clean, organized work environment. Follow blueprints and project plans accurately. Qualifications: Proven experience as a drywall finisher in commercial construction. Must have experience working with stilts for drywall finishing. Strong knowledge of joint compound, drywall tools, and finishing techniques. Proficient in working with different drywall textures and finishes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and time management skills. OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
