About the Role

Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on HCP marketing. A strong background in dermatology or related fields is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing HCP marketing strategies, a deep understanding of the dermatology market, and excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in immunology, inflammation, or topical therapeutics marketing, as well as proficiency in data analytics and market research, are also preferred. The role requires a strategic thinker who can influence stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel as needed.
