Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team in the King, Pierce, and Snohomish County areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling family law cases and a proven track record of successfully managing cases from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and other related matters.

• Provide legal counsel and represent clients in family law matters in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective legal representation.

• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.

• Prepare clients for court appearances and negotiate settlements.

• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

• Stay current with family law trends and regulations in Washington State.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience working in family law.

• Must have handled at least 50 cases from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and Washington State regulations.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.

• Ability to work in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling complex family law cases.

• IRS experience is a plus.
