Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of top performers, providing coaching, feedback, and recognition
• Ensure all team members are trained and regularly receive performance feedback
• Make personnel decisions regarding transfers, promotions, and employment status
• Listen to team suggestions for improving operations and guest experience
• Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience, knowledge of both BOH and FOH preferred
• High standards for quality and guest service
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills; courteous and professional manner
• Ability to work independently, trustworthy, and reliable
• Basic math skills and experience with POS systems
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
