We are seeking a dependable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. • Operate a variety of heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, front-end loaders, backhoes, skid steers, and more

• Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on equipment

• Safely load, move, and place materials on job sites

• Follow project plans, instructions, and site layouts to execute work efficiently

• Adhere to all site safety regulations and company policies

• Report any equipment malfunctions or unsafe conditions to supervisors

• Assist with manual labor tasks as needed to support crew operations

• Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and within specifications

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy construction or industrial equipment

• Strong knowledge of equipment capabilities, safety practices, and site grading techniques

• Ability to read and follow site plans, blueprints, or grade stakes

• Must have a valid driver's license ; CDL is a plus

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions year-round

• Reliable and punctual with a positive, safety-first attitude

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
