About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of network expansion projects for multi-dwelling units (MDUs), commercial properties, and microwave radio infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in project management, construction coordination, and network implementation to ensure our deployments are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans , including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Forecast and manage resources and logistics needed to support project execution.

Construction & Network Implementation:

• Oversee the installation of structured cabling, fiber optics, and microwave radio infrastructure .
• Assist in managing contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Work with engineering teams to optimize network designs for efficiency and coverage.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine the best locations for network equipment deployment.

Budget & Cost Management:

• Track and manage project budgets , ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide financial forecasting and reporting on project expenditures.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, property owners, developers, and general contractors.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Address project-related issues and conflicts , ensuring smooth implementation.
• Coordinate the design and scheduling of network infrastructure installations , ensuring seamless integration with building requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience managing construction and infrastructure deployment projects .
• Strong knowledge of MDU, commercial, and wireless network deployments .
• Experience in structured cabling design.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong budgeting, cost management, and financial forecasting capabilities.
• Experience in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution .
• Telecommunications or network engineering experience is a plus.
