ActioNet has an opportunity foraJr.Cloud Engineer, this role isremote and based in Suitland, MD.

Responsibilities:

• IT Engineer with experience in federal or state government enterprise-level programs.
• Demonstrates knowledge in the wide application of principles, theories, and concepts within the field.
• Provides imaginative and thorough solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Works under very general supervision; results are reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
• Supports decisions that achieve program schedule and cost objectives.
• Maintains frequent internal and external customer contacts.
• Provides solutions to difficult technical problems related to specific projects.

• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure system performance and reliability in a cloud environment.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Associate degree
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in federal or state government enterprise-level programs
• Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring systems comply with standards for cloud system architectures, reference models, and profiles of standards.
  • Implementing and specifying information management solutions on the cloud platform across the application program interface and external environment/software applications.
  • Evaluating and recommending cloud services and methodologies to provide interoperable, portable, and scalable cloud solutions.
  • Performing analysis, specification, development, integration, and acquisition of cloud services for information management applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a cloud environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
