A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Mail Clerk.
Job Title: Mail Clerk
Job Duration: 12+ Months
Job Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
100% Onsite position
As a Mail Clerk, you will:
Process the parcels received at the Custody Solutions office in McLean, VA. Additionally, there will be other areas within the Brokerage Operations team where assistance will be needed, and cross-training will be provided. Special projects may also be assigned.
The Mail Room Specialist is an entry level position, and the ideal candidate will be a technically proficient self-starter, who is highly detail oriented and can work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming mail
- Scan incoming mail
- Log returned mail
- Outreach regarding inaccurate mail addresses
- Tracking outreach efforts and providing statistic updates
- Provide statistics to senior leadership
Skills:
- 1+ years of general office experience
- Previous banking/financial industry experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work both independently and as a team
- Computer literate
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $21 - $23 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
