Job Description Summary:

Essential Functions:

• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose medical conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate care with healthcare team.
• Participate in training and education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Stay current with medical advancements and research.

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine, required.
• Graduate of an approved Fellowship program if applicable, required.

• Medical license in Ohio, required.
• Unrestricted licensed physician, required.
