• Your Impact: Manage and optimize quality assurance systems across internal processes to meet IATF standards
• Lead problem-solving efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of quality issues
• Drive improvements for new product launches and process enhancements
• Communicate clearly across departments to maintain consistent quality standards
• Evaluate and validate process changes to meet or exceed quality expectations

• Key Responsibilities: Address and resolve customer quality concerns swiftly and accurately
• Conduct regular IATF audits of products and processes for compliance
• Ensure implementation and follow-up of corrective actions
• Provide training and support to team members on quality practices
• Oversee investigations and quality plans for new product introductions

• What You Bring: Strong knowledge of automotive standards – IATF
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Previous experience in automotive quality engineering
• Solid communication and leadership skills
