Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all client databases for high-producing real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, assisting sellers with upgrades and staging homes to get ready for market, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments, showing homes and attending final walkthroughs. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is DRIVEN and highly detail-oriented.
