We're hiring an in-person administrative assistant who is professional, highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized. As the office assistant, you will own the responsibility for delivering exceptional service to clients, agents, vendors, and other members of Mission Realty. $40,000 yearly with great benefits including paid time off and health insurance!

Responsibilities

•Overall office organization and maintenance of office equipment, cleanliness, and supplies
•Accurate data entry in various platforms and reports
•Preparing paperwork for agents and clients
•Schedule and coordinate with multiple different calendars
•Complete a variety of daily checklist items for real estate transactions
•Complete tasks for various meetings, including but not limited to running audio and visual components, etc.
•Being available to answer any questions from agents and staff
•Working as part of the team to achieve goals
•Coverage for our Field Assistant includes safely driving the company vehicle to vacant and occupied properties, using tools to install real estate signage, collecting data and images at properties using the company iPad, etc.

Qualifications

•Driver's license with good driving record
•Experience with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc. preferred
•Exceptional eye for the details
•Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
•Highly motivated

•Thrives in a fast-paced environment
