Restoration Technician – Wausau & Rhinelander, WI

K-tech Kleening and Restoration is looking for a dependable, hands-on Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This is your chance to build a meaningful career helping people restore their homes and businesses after unexpected damage.

Job Overview:
As a Restoration Technician, you will deliver timely, effective water/fire/mold mitigation and restoration services. You’ll be responsible for communicating with customers, maintaining equipment and supplies, completing daily logs and required documentation, and ensuring each job is done with care and professionalism. This position also involves training technician assistants on procedures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration and mitigation services including water, fire, and mold damage

• Complete all required reports and documentation

• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and inventory

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Help train new technician assistants on services and company procedures

Requirements:

• Strong communication, math, and basic computer skills

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds of equipment regularly

• Attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures

• Team-oriented and dependable work ethic

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $17–$25 per hour, based on experience
