As a Security Professional Aero Unarmed Patrol in Boulder, CO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be expected to respond promptly to any security-related concerns, assist with access control, and communicate clearly with both team members and site staff. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate company or client vehicles as part of your patrol duties. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, which may include sensitive areas related to aerospace and defense operations.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to help to deter unauthorized access or incidents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment.
  • Follow all site-specific instructions and protocols, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
