Job Description As a Security Professional - Construction Patrol in Clayton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as construction and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a construction location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and regular patrols contribute to a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols. Assist with access control procedures and visitor management as required by site policies. Collaborate with site staff and emergency personnel during incidents and/or drills as needed. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
