We are an equal opportunity employer. Website: Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mobile App Developer with expertise in Android app development using Flutter, Dart and Kotlin . The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in creating system apps and services, implementing security and permission mechanisms, and optimizing app performance . Knowledge of Android framework internals is essential, and experience with iOS development (Swift) is a plus . Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-performance Android applications using Flutter and Kotlin . Design and build system applications and background services within the Android ecosystem. Implement security mechanisms such as secure data storage, encryption, and Android permission management. Optimize app performance by leveraging profiling tools, memory management, and CPU/GPU optimizations . Debug and troubleshoot issues using ADB, logcat, Systrace, Perf, and memory analysis tools . Work with Android framework internals to extend or modify system components as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure compliance with Android best practices, guidelines, and security standards . Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for app deployment and testing. Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in mobile app development. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in mobile app development (Android). Strong expertise in Flutter and Kotlin for Android app development. Experience in developing system applications and services for Android. Deep understanding of Android security mechanisms (permissions, encryption, SELinux, sandboxing). Proven experience in app performance optimization and debugging . Hands-on experience with Android internals , IPC mechanisms, and low-level system components. Familiarity with tools like Android Studio, Firebase, ProGuard, LeakCanary, and Perfetto . Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for backend communication. Experience with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines . Understanding of Material Design principles and UI/UX best practices . Good to Have (Bonus Skills) Experience with iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) . Knowledge of Jetpack Compose and modern Android UI development . Exposure to Android NDK, JNI, and native development . Knowledge of AOSP (Android Open Source Project) for deeper system modifications.
