Job Description

What we’re looking for:
Grad Dates: December 2026 & May 2027 grads
Location: South Florida Offices (Port of Miami, Downtown Tech Hub, Miramar Tech Hub, Entertainment Studios)
Format: Hybrid: In-person Monday - Thursday and remote on Fridays 
Dates: June 1st- August 2nd 2026
Work Authorization: US work authorization required

About the Program: 
The Royal Caribbean Group 10-week internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences within various departments in the organization. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop their skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. The program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to projects that impact millions of vacationers worldwide.

About the Department: 
The Marketing team is the creative and strategic engine behind our global brand presence and guest engagement efforts. Their mission is to inspire travelers worldwide to vacation with us by crafting compelling campaigns and storytelling that showcase the unique ships, experiences, destinations, and innovations our brands offer. This work includes developing advertising campaigns, creating content and managing social media channels, delivering media coverage, designing loyalty programs, and analyzing business performance and market trends to ensure our messaging resonates with our key consumers and drives demand.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of study.
• Minimum GPA
• Previous experience in related areas
