**This is a Work Experience position available through EmployNV Youth Hub. All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined**

Work hours: 10am to 4pm (Negotiable)

Pay Rate: $15.00

Location: On-site in Central Las Vegas

Tashina Smith Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our team of experienced agents. This role involves a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to client support.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
  
  • Manage and organize agent schedules and appointments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Prepare and process necessary paperwork, including contracts, listings, and closing documents
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Assist with marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts
• Client Support:
  
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Schedule property showings and open houses
  • Assist with client communications and inquiries
  • Follow up with leads and potential clients
• Transaction Coordination:
  
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare closing documents and assist with closing processes

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid Nevada Driver's License and reliable transportation
