**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Neuro-Progressive/Stepdown or ICU Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate must possess a robust understanding of neuro-progressive care and the expertise required for stepdown or ICU settings. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care to individuals in critical conditions and requires dedicated professionalism, attention to detail, and superb clinical judgment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients with neurological conditions in a progressive care or stepdown unit.
- Monitor patient health and vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in patient education and support families with any concerns or questions regarding treatment.
- Complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon hire to validate skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all guidelines and regulations related to patient care and nursing practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Must have previous experience in Neuro-Progressive, Stepdown, or ICU settings.
- Epic experience is required for electronic medical record management.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in [State].
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Dress Code:** Navy blue scrubs are required.
