In this role, you will maintain our organization's websites and related pages, ensuring they are always up-to-date and user-friendly. You will coordinate with user groups to improve, develop, organize, and test web pages and sites, making sure that interfaces, navigation, and layout are implemented efficiently and consistently. Responsibilities: Administrate, test and support functionality enhancements to public, member, career, and field representative websites. Lead and implement changes to support the marketing and communication goals of the organization. Assist with wireframing and prototyping tools and techniques. Consult with Creative Services and other internal and external teams ensuring accurate and timely content and design updates. Strategically review existing processes and user experiences to identify opportunities and gaps. Create supporting documentation on best practices. Analyze usability, conversion rate and SEO reports to identify and recommend new opportunities that improve each visitor’s website experience. Research and stay on top of technology trends. Collaborate effectively and communicate across the organization. Work with user departments ensuring web site content and usability supports departmental needs and goals. What we need: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and three years’ equivalent work experience. Knowledge of responsive web design and browser compatibility across multiple platforms and devices. Knowledge of UX design & accessibility best practices. Graphics and coding knowledge such as HTML & Java. Strong UI skills. Experience with web content management systems (Optimizely preferred), SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop. Designing mobile websites and applications. Google Analytics, HTML, CSS (JavaScript & jQuery) experience. Microsoft Azure and Single Sign On knowledge preferred. Workflow Automation experience is preferred. Trained in web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) compliance standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience and/or familiarity with AP writing style is a plus. SharePoint and Power Apps experience is a plus. Strong initiative with the ability to collaborate with others across departments to move projects forward and drive progress. What we offer: Pay: The annual range for this position is $65,000.00-$78,000.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least three days in office and the remaining days each week working from home. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be more than a year.
