Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors, making it a crucial part of our company's image. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, reservations, and requests.
  • Handle and resolve any issues or complaints in a fair and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the company’s general email inbox and forward inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and bookings.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with a positive attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines).
