Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers in in all phases of projects including pre-design scoping, plan design, specifications, project team coordination, construction documents, construction review and inspection, code analysis, and consultant interaction. Delivering high quality products and superior client service. Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to multi-disciplinary teams. Presenting at meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors. Actively participating in industry organizations and events. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Licensed P.E or ability to obtain within 1 year 5-10 years' experience in plumbing and HVAC design experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional building facilities. Proficiency in Building and Mechanical Codes and Standards, including: IBC, BOCA, ASME, ANSI, ASHRAE and NFPA. Sustainable design experience with LEED accreditation a plus. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT and MS Office. Superior organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team, develop and maintain client relations, meet project demands and schedules.
