Job Description A large government contractor is seeking two System Engineers to support the development of satellites for missile defense from inception to launch. This long-term, onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA. Responsibilities include system architecture, integration, verification & validation, cost & risk analysis, and virtualized environment maintenance. Engineers will lead technical projects, oversee hardware refresh efforts, troubleshoot Unix and Windows systems, and serve as the primary point of contact for issue resolution. Additional duties include disaster recovery, system monitoring, account management, and ensuring system documentation, security, and storage allocation. Candidates must have high-level system integration experience and a minimum Secret clearance.
